How to convert your foreign driver license to use in Vietnam

Bring:

1. Valid Passport
2. Valid Driver license
3. A 4×6 photo
4. Go to Department of Transport at Hẻm 252 Lý Chính Thắng, Phường 9, Quận 3, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam
5. Fillout the form to convert
6. Wait, pay the fee
7. Wait, take picture
8. Have it ship to your address with additional fees or come back to pick it up (1-2 weeks)
