Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Threads Engagement Automation browser extension and website (didudi.com/threads). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

The extension helps you schedule posts, generate content, and engage on Threads using your own account. It operates within your own logged-in browser session. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Threads.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of Threads/Meta or any third-party platform;
• send spam, harassment, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the way you configure the extension. You acknowledge that automating activity may carry risk to your third-party accounts, and you use the service at your own discretion.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by our providers (Stripe and SePay). Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless cancelled beforehand.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

The extension, website, and their content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Content you create remains yours.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular results, uninterrupted availability, or that automated activity will not affect your third-party accounts.

8. Your Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

You use the service entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for how you use it and for everything you do through it. We provide the tool; the decisions — what you post, whom you engage, how often, what content you generate, and whether that complies with Threads, Meta, or any other platform's rules and applicable law — are entirely yours. We do not monitor, control, or endorse your activity, and we are not responsible for it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence of any kind arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — including, without limitation: suspension, restriction, or banning of your Threads, Meta, or other accounts; loss of data, content, followers, leads, profits, or business; content the service generates or publishes on your behalf; the acts or omissions of any third party (including AI, payment, messaging, or hosting providers); or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Contact
